Reporting a problem
Bug reports are much easier to act on with a little context. If you can, include:
- Your device and OS version — or your browser, if you were playing on the web.
- The app version, shown on the Settings screen.
- The game mode, distance setting and board view you were using.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
If something in a guide disagrees with what the game actually does, tell us — the guides are written from the game's own numbers and a mismatch means one of the two is wrong.
Account and data requests
You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or on the web at throwverse.com/delete-account. This permanently removes your account and its associated data.
For data access or correction requests, or anything else covered by our Privacy Policy, write to privacy@throwverse.com.
Before you write
The support page answers the questions we get most often — accounts, offline play, board views, challenges and XP prizes, and account deletion. It may be faster than waiting for a reply.
