Ranks, XP and progression

Four separate progression systems run alongside your scores: levels, ranked tiers, timed challenges and achievements. They all draw on the same XP pool.

XP and levels

Your XP is the same currency as your lifetime points. Everything you score in a game adds to it, and your level is derived directly from the total:

level = ⌊ lifetime XP Γ· 1,000 βŒ‹ + 1

So every 1,000 XP is one level, with no curve and no diminishing returns. Level 10 is 9,000 lifetime XP; level 50 is 49,000.

XP also arrives from outside normal play: challenge placements, Live Throw podium finishes, and the optional Double XP reward after a game.

The six ranked tiers

Separately from levels, your lifetime points place you in a ranked tier, shown as a badge on your dashboard with progress toward the next one:

Ranked tiers and thresholds
TierLifetime points required
πŸ₯‰ Bronze0
πŸ₯ˆ Silver2,000
πŸ₯‡ Gold6,000
πŸ’  Platinum15,000
πŸ’Ž Diamond35,000
πŸ‘‘ Master75,000

The gaps widen steeply β€” Bronze to Silver is 2,000 points, but Diamond to Master is 40,000. For scale, a strong ten-throw Classic game at Medium distance produces something in the region of 3,000 points, so Silver arrives quickly and Master is a long-term project.

Daily, weekly and monthly challenges

Challenges rank every player by the points they scored within a period. When the period closes, the top three are settled automatically and paid in XP:

Challenge XP prizes
Period1st2nd3rd
Daily1005025
Weekly25012570
Monthly600300150

All three periods run on Eastern time: the daily board resets at midnight ET, the weekly at midnight ET on Monday, and the monthly at midnight ET on the 1st. The countdown on the Challenge screen is counting down to exactly that boundary, and the leaderboard you are watching is the one that pays.

Settlement is automatic and happens once per period β€” you do not need to claim anything, and you are notified if you placed. Because the daily board resets frequently, it is by far the most winnable: a single strong session on a quiet day can take it.

The Double XP reward

After a game you can choose to watch a short ad and double the XP you just earned. It is entirely optional β€” decline it and you keep your normal score with nothing lost.

The reward is verified on ThrowVerse's own servers before it is granted, and it can only be claimed once per game, so a game cannot be doubled twice. It credits exactly the score you just posted, so it is worth the most after your best games rather than your quickest ones.

Achievements

Twelve one-off achievements track milestones across your whole account:

Bullseye-based and score-threshold achievements do not count progress made in Around the Rings, since that mode scores by target ring rather than by centre hits.

Two are worth planning for. Godlike needs a bullseye at Master distance β€” the easiest route is Score Race at Master, where you get twenty throws and roughly a one-in-seven centre rate, so a centre is very likely across a full game. Perfect Game needs every throw in a game to be a bullseye across at least five throws; VS AI at Easy is the shortest qualifying game, and Easy has close to a 100% centre rate on well-timed releases.
